Our
cuisine reflects the landscape. From the sweet Val Belluna which still
keeps ancient flavours of herbs, mushrooms and traditional local products
- potatoes, corn, beans (we are in the land of the Lamon bean) to the
first imposing Dolomites where games live (deer, chamois, roe deer)
and the green pastures with goats, lambs and eventually rabbits and
pigs. All this is personally looked after by the cuisine staff, led
by Renato De Salvador and Flora Battiston. |
